Cancellation before Shipment?

If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancels should be 12 hr from order placed and have not been shipped yet, you can write to our customer support team on team@raatrani.in or call us on 8169424516 (Monday to Saturday, 10AM to 8PM). In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the money will be refunded to you within 24-48 business hours after the cancellation request is duly processed by us.

How willI get refunded for the cancelled orders and how long will this process take?

In case of cancellation before shipment, we processes the refund within 24-48 business hours after receiving the cancellation request. 

I have received a damaged or defective item/ wrong product in my order, how should i proceed?

Our shipping go through various quality check processes, in the rare case that your product is damaged during shipment or transit ,you can request a replacement or cancellation and refund.

Follow the steps given,
1) mail us at team@raatrani.in
2) provide us with your order id details with requesting replacement, returns and refund.
3) kindly share an image of the product and invoice for our reference.

Returns and exchange is available only in case damaged or default products.

How will i get refunded for the returned orders and how long will this process take?

In case of return/ replacement/ refund, we process the refund once the product have been received and verified at our warehouse.

About shipment delivery duration?

Your parcel can take from 2 to 8 days depending on the location to reach you once shipped. Once you create your order it take 2-3 days to process and ship.
